Client Boundaries & Conduct Policy** At Mindful Motion Massage, all sessions are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and effective healing environment for every client—including myself as the practitioner. To maintain this standard, the following boundaries are non-negotiable: Professional Conduct Clients are expected to: Treat the practitioner with respect at all times Maintain appropriate verbal and physical behavior Follow all intake instructions and session guidelines Any behavior that is sexual, suggestive, intrusive, or inappropriate is strictly prohibited. Zero-Tolerance Policy The following actions will result in immediate termination of the session and denial of future services, without refund: Sexual comments, gestures, or advances Unconsented physical contact (including kissing, licking, or placing the mouth on the practitioner) Attempting to initiate intimacy or blur professional boundaries Repeated requests for services outside the agreed scope of the session Intent does not override impact. All boundaries are enforced based on behavior, not explanation. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service Mindful Motion Massage reserves the right to: Refuse service at any time End a session immediately if boundaries are crossed Decline future bookings if a client is deemed an unsafe or inappropriate fit These decisions are made to protect the integrity, safety, and professionalism of the practice.
